WE’RE OPEN, and ready to serve you in a safe environment.

At WILLY Tech Shop, we aren’t just monitoring the current health situation, we’re doing something about it.

From the moment you walk into our shop, we have your safety in mind.

We have implemented our exclusive WILLY clean 360 system, which is a comprehensive system that fully incorporates our entire shop environment.

Giving peace of mind, to you and your Mac.

Everything is disinfected, from the air you breathe... to everything you touch, down to the smallest detail.

Nothing has been overlooked for the safety of customers, employees and our community.

Breathe easy - The air inside WILLY Tech Shop is disinfected by a UV-C light system at the source (similar to systems found in hospitals), professionally installed directly inside our HVAC system supplied by the manufacturer. Airborne particles that pass thru are exposed to the UV-C light, eliminating: allergens, bacteria, germs, viruses, etc... providing a safe haven for anyone with allergies, asthma, a weakened immune system or concerns about contact or airborne illnesses.

We only allow entry of one customer/family at a time to eliminate any possible cross contamination. We recommend calling ahead or using our online appointment system to make an appointment. As always, Walk-ins are welcome. (Wait times may be possible. No training sessions are currently allowed.)

Employees change into new gloves prior to each customer entry.

Outside on our front doors, we provide guidance, instructions and a door bell button to gain entry: A sign states “OPEN” when we have no other customers currently being served, or “WAIT”, if another customer is already in the shop, displaying an estimated entry time.

We greet customers at the door, prior to entry, to assess whether or not we provide the service or product they are requesting/needing. If we can help, they are allowed inside, otherwise we give guidance on where they might seek help.

Once inside, we handle the computer that needs service/repair and customers are encouraged to use our automatic hand sanitizer system.

We then place the computer on our service counter which has a “safety zone” made of white plexiglass, which is easily disinfected between each customer visit.

When customers leave, they are once again encouraged to use our automatic hand sanitizer system.

Step 1-every surface is wiped down and disinfected per Apple’s recommended procedure to kill pathogens.

Step 2-As an added level of protection, a UV-C light system is then used to disinfect all visible surfaces.

Step 3-Ozone is also applied to get into any areas inside your computer that cannot be reached by other methods.

Our exclusive process takes approx. 30 minutes, providing a complete and thorough clean - the WILLY clean 360.

When you pick up your computer after it has been serviced, you can rest easy knowing that it has received the best possible clean for your safety!

Your safety starts with our exclusive

In addition to the safe shop environment, Every computer checked in for service gets cleaned and disinfected with our exclusive WILLY clean 360 system to eliminate pathogens:

The 3 types of UV rays:

UV light has three wavelength categories: UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C. UV-C light is a short-wavelength, ultraviolet light that breaks apart germ DNA, leaving it unable to function or reproduce. In other words, UV-C light is germicidal (UV-A and UV-B light are not). UV-C can even neutralize “superbugs” that have developed a resistance to antibiotics.

History of UV and Sanitization

Sanitizing with UV-C light has been a normal practice since the mid-20th century. In fact, the 1903 Nobel Prize in Medicine was awarded to Niels Finsen for using UV light to fight tuberculosis. Today, hospitals and laboratories use UV light to keep their facilities sterile, which means it's perfect for sanitizing mobile devices, which are especially good at harboring and growing bacteria.

While we are checking you in for computer service, we can clean and disinfect your phone with our UV-C mobile device WILLY clean 360 system to eliminate pathogens. This process takes less than 5 minutes!
